Tamlyn is a co-founder of Kitefin Labs, Vega Protocol, and a $100m proprietary trading firm with a market-leading track record.
Tamlyn advises and contributes to multiple DAOs and DeFi projects spanning Bitcoin mining, lending, trading and derivative protocols. She has been present in the DeFi and crypto space for over five years.

Guy is a 20 year veteran of managing digital and physical assets in volatile, emerging markets with a long and deep understanding of analytics applied to emerging markets. Experienced in derivatives, portfolio optimisation, trading strategy development, complex modelling, forecasting and risk management. Guy is also experienced in applying cyber and blockchain forensics in pursuit of cyber criminals.

Joel has considerable experience in global investment markets working for institutions and family office organisations. He has has worked across multiple industries, sectors and asset classes with experience in equity investing and operating companies and currently has governance roles in several high-growth start-ups. Joel has worked in Australia, Europe, Asia and the United States.

Marcin has a Bachelor's degree in Computing with Business and has been a researcher and community builder in the blockchain and DeFi space since 2016. He is currently the head of ecosystem at Prime Protocol where he oversees community, marketing, branding, partnerships, testnet rollout, gamification, NFTs and liquidity incentive programs.

Jason Rudolph is an experienced CTO and business founder with a passion for system architecture, system security and scaling technology solutions. Web3 expertise includes validating, blockchain consensus, key security, custody of digital assets and digital identity.
